Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Krivo and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. At the bottom of the page, tap Delete my account and confirm.

You have 7 days to change your mind. During that time the app works as usual. To keep your account, open it and tap “Keep my account”, or sign in again.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, photo, email, preferences and sign-in methods.
• Your consents and the session data of your devices.
• If you had no partner in the app, all your content too: tasks, lists and the rest.

What stays

• If you have a partner, what you created together stays with them, without your name attached.
• Purchase records the law requires us to keep, not linked to your profile.

Without access to the app

If you can't get in, write to us from your account's email to privacy@molverine.com with the subject “Delete account”. We answer within 30 days.
